EVolve Futures is a Michigan-based nonprofit organization dedicated to creating equitable access to clean energy education, EV awareness, and green career opportunities.
We believe that a sustainable future starts with community — empowering people with the knowledge, skills, and resources to take part in the clean energy movement.
Meet the Founder
Trisha Oluwadare is the Founder and Executive Director of EVolve Futures, a Michigan-based nonprofit dedicated to expanding clean energy access and creating pathways to green careers in underserved communities.
Her passion for sustainability and community empowerment began with a simple belief — that everyone deserves access to a cleaner, more equitable future. Through EVolve Futures, Trisha works to bridge the gap between technology, education, and opportunity by organizing workshops, youth programs, and local partnerships focused on renewable energy, EV education, and workforce development.
Driven by the mission to empower people through knowledge and opportunity, she collaborates with schools, local governments, and industry leaders to build programs that inspire innovation and inclusion.
When she’s not leading community initiatives, Trisha enjoys exploring creative projects, supporting local entrepreneurs, and finding new ways to turn bold ideas into action.
Our Story
EVolve Futures was founded in 2025 in Washtenaw County, Michigan to close the gap between clean-energy innovation and the communities that need it most. Founder Trisha Oluwadare saw how many neighbors were left out of renewable energy conversations—and decided to change that. What began as local outreach is growing into a movement to make clean energy understandable, accessible, and empowering for everyone.

What We Do
Clean Energy Education
Hands-on workshops that introduce families and youth to renewable energy, sustainability, and simple steps for greener living.
EV Awareness & Access
Community events that demystify electric vehicles—charging options, incentives, and long-term savings.
Green Career Pathways
Early-stage programs connecting students and adults to training and opportunities in Michigan’s clean-energy sector.
What’s Next
We’re in our early stage, and the groundwork is underway. In the months ahead we plan to:
• Launch our first Clean Energy 101 workshops
• Partner with local schools and organizations
• Develop career-pathway events for youth and adults
